The bathroom could use a deep clean, but my room was spacious and nice.

Lovely location and clear communication made checking in simple. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean with comfortable bedding, and I appreciated the flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities available. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety of options and expertly cooked food. the shower had low water pressure, which was frustrating, and I noticed the floors creaked, adding to the noise from other guests. A wardrobe or proper storage would have been more practical than just a rail. Still, the stay offered good value for money overall.

The breakfast options are fantastic, with a generous menu offering a full cooked breakfast that fills you up for the day. ground floor rooms make it easy to access amenities without the hassle of stairs.
The water pressure in the shower is frustratingly low, making it a challenge to wait for hot water to come through. Noise from creaky floors is a concern, particularly with late-night guests slamming doors. Parking can be a hassle since it's limited to on-street availability. there's a lack of bedside lamps due to confusing light switches and tangled cords, which can contribute to a less than ideal check-in experience. Rooms feel a bit cramped, and the absence of a proper wardrobe means clothes drape over surfaces, including your laptop.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for visiting the University of Surrey and exploring Guildford. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a chill getaway with friends.
One minor downside was the size of the room, which felt a bit cramped for our group. But it was manageable and didn’t really impact our stay.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and it was spacious and super comfy. The quality of the bed was fantastic, so I got good sleep every night! They provided clean water, tea, and coffee, which was nice. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit cramped with all the amenities, but not a huge deal. it had a cozy vibe, and breakfast was my favorite part! Loved the organic options and how everything was served hot.

great stay with minor hiccup
The communication before my arrival was excellent, ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was impressively clean, and I adored the heated towel rail in the bathroom. Enjoying tea and biscuits upon arrival added a lovely personal touch that made me feel welcomed. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options and expertly cooked food. The atmosphere was conducive to relaxation, which I truly appreciated.
The water pressure in the shower could be improved for a better experience.
